Cancellation and Refund

20% of the total amount is payable at the time of booking. The balance amount will be payable before arrival.

In case of cancellation, the booking amount of 20% will be the cancellation charge.

Cancellation must be notified in writing.

Cancellation Criteria

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding the number of travellers, Customer's address, email, and phone number will lead to Auto-Cancellation.
