General Terms and Conditions

  1. Humro Cars is a unit of NBTT Travel Solution Pvt. Ltd. All services will be provided by the said company and all amounts are payable to the said company.
  2. The submission of the booking form and payment is an offer by the payee to take a car rental service from NBTT Travel Solution Pvt. Ltd. The company may or may not accept the offer. A full refund will be made if the company decides not to accept the offer made by the payee.
  3. The tariff quoted on the website is for Indian tourists. International travellers may call our customer care number for a quotation on a case-to-case basis.
  4. There are travel restrictions for international travellers for travel to some of the destinations given on this website. International travellers are requested to clarify with our customer care executive before booking a service.
  5. In case your travel includes any restricted area, all travellers must carry government-approved identification documents. Each traveller must carry multiple copies of their passport-size photographs. In case the documents are not produced when requested, necessary permits may not be procured leading to failure to provide required services. Clarify documentary requirements with our helpdesk executives before start of tour.
  6. Special permits may be required to visit restricted areas such as North Sikkim. The cost of such a permit is included in the tariff quoted. However, the documents required for the preparation of the permits must be provided to our customer care executive well in advance to ensure smooth service. Consult our customer care executive for further details.
  7. Travellers must provide accurate information at the time of booking service. In case of incorrect information, the service booked may be considered cancelled.
  8. All services are provided on an itinerary basis. The vehicle is not available on a disposal basis. Only the service confirmed is provided. Additional services, if requested on the spot by the traveller and accepted by us, will lead to additional charges payable on the spot.
  9. In case of failure of NBTT Travel Solution Pvt. Ltd. to provide promised service the liability of the company would be limited to the amount received from the customer.
  10. In case a service is delayed, NBTT will not be responsible for any damage irrespective of the cause of the delay.
  11. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Siliguri subdivisional court.
  12. We reserve the right to make any changes to the above terms and conditions without any prior notice.
